Follows a woman walking home from work, still composed within the expectations of the outside world. Once inside her apartment, she sheds that version of herself and returns to her true form. Alone, she moves through domestic rituals like cooking and cleaning, but her gestures are off, repetitive, and instinctive rather than functional. Her body folds into unfamiliar positions, no longer concerned with being understood or seen. In this private space, she is not performing, but existing in a state that feels more honest, where doing nothing becomes a quiet expression of who she is when no one is watching.
A reinforcement of how we, as women, are expected to suppress the weird, dark and messy parts of who we are to make ourselves into something digestable for society.
